Christopher George Real Estate opened its doors at 304 College Avenue, a block and a half from the entrance to Cornell University, in June of 1978. Broker/Owner Christopher J. Anagnost, a licensed Realtor since 1973, opened his own office in that location to better serve clients interested in student occupied income properties as well as homes in the East Hill area.

In recent years, Carol S. Bushberg, Broker Associate, Ed Finegan, and P. Scott Anderson, Salespersons have joined the firm which now handles residential as well as investment properties throughout the Ithaca area.
